This 161,000 square foot retail development in the Wailea Resort, Maui contained an existing, older shopping center that the Wailea Resort had outgrown.

TMG was able to acquire the property plus additional land, demolish the existing structures, and develop an institutional quality, high-end, open-air retail mall that has achieved outstanding financial results and has been widely praised as one of the best retail projects in Hawai‘i.
